The Tsuki clan's leader, Park Jimin, was unlike the people Laira Takai could read with a proper glance. He was an exceptional case of secrecy and complex intentions that she could not decipher. But that shouldn't have concerned her out of her mind - except she had been picked as his weapon for retaliation against the enemy clan's leader, Jung Hoseok. The history of events and the root cause of the hatred between the two clan leaders were lost on Laira, but now her role was that of the Queen, with the mission to help Jimin win the game he called 'chess.'
