When a bunch of baby kobolds fall victim to the Horned Rat and his servant's magical portal gone awry, they find themselves in an entirely different world, racing against the clock to reunite with one another. The war for the world had only just begun and the Ubersreik Five will be fighting for every little victory they can achieve against chaos as they battle through the End Times. Can this band of misfits and a bunch of babies of unknown origins turn the tide of fate, even by a bit?

Grammar issues are present, particularly missing commas.) What do you do when you are one of the infected? The virus in my blood is trying to steal my humanity. It alters my very thoughts and reactions. It taunts me by tempting me with desires that it planted in my brain. These bloodthirsty desires would lead to my demise if I ever gave in. I have more in common with the zombies than with humans at this point. Even the fallen zombies accept me as one of their own. Blood is required to retain my grip on sanity, but the sweet-smelling blood from humans is a short path to madness. Human blood is to be avoided at all costs. Humankind around the world was driven close to extinction by the sudden appearance of the zombies, yet small groups of survivors constantly manage to appear and put my control to the test. -------------------------- This is a standalone zombie book. In the world where a mysterious, government-funded organization hides anomalies from the civilians, one of their subjects manages to escape. After losing the Foundation's pursuit she accidentally falls into a deeper hole, as another organization attempts to hunt her down. In a world where she doesn't trust anyone aside from her fellow SCPs, who aren't there to save her, she meets someone, who manages to save her from certain death. Knowing humanity's worst side, she is reluctant to accept the help, but is forced to due to the circumstances. Will she manage to trust again? Or is her past going to drag her down? The SCP Foundation had a containment breach, and one of their SCPs managed to escape. Of course, similar things happened in the past multiple times, and O5s were familiar with situations like this. What made this matter an emergency though, was the fact that the escaped object is a keter, and a rather sadistic one. They have to use everything they can to try and find her before she kills anyone. Very quickly however, they realize that finding her is going to take longer than initially expected... His ship was totaled and his home was hundreds upon hundreds of light years away, not to mention also through a black hole. So of course, leaving isn't much of an option. On this new planet, Socks meets some new friends, a group of humans he grows fond of. It's peaceful, and, although homesickness is present, he is at peace. But nothing lasts forever. For a little piece of home resides in the shadows. A dark one that, although Socks has never formally encountered, knows all about and had been influenced by greatly. If it weren't for him, he may not even have been on Earth. And that little piece of home...
