Peter Pan and Wendy darling's relationship has always inspired me.
Even though she loved him, and he offered her a forever, she refused. She was independent and knew her mind led her to pursue her own purpose. She was strong, and was meant for far more than a boy, and she knew that.
Peter Pan, although was heartbroken, loved her, and let her go. He would not hold her back, and in the end would still love her.
This relationship defines real love, no matter what the outcome came to be.
However, what happens when Wendy has achieved all she has ever wanted, and the only thing left was Peter Pan?

I took a breath and quickly wiped a stray tear from my eye, "I'm tired of living in their shadows, waiting for them to finally realize that I still exist. I tell myself to be strong, to ignore the pain that they cause me, but I can't. I love them. I love them and they don't love me." Ophelia Darling was seemingly forgotten when her siblings flew to Neverland, and now she's more alone than ever. Her siblings have shared an experience and made memories that she will never be able to compete with. Ophelia decides that there is nothing more vile in the world than the boy named Peter Pan, who stole her siblings from her. Join Ophelia Darling as she fights her way back into her siblings lives, and somewhere in the process, discovers that life is nothing like the way stories say it is. It's much more complicated. Peter, untainted by my rejection, took it as a challenge. A game, if you prefer. 10 days for me to fall in love with him which meant 10 days for him to prove himself to me. This is the fanfic I'm writing for @gallifreydeductions fanfic contest ---------------------- Wendy Darling, a young 15 year old, leads a satisfying life. She lives with her two brothers John and Michael, has two parents, and a loving dog. Everything is normal, what more can she want? Right? Wrong. Wendy's life has always gone the same, where's the fun? And then Peter Pan comes along. Peter is anything but normal, his young appearance mixed with the long life he has seemed to live? In which a boy who thinks he controls everything meets the girl who actually does. --- Peter Pan is king of Neverland, a mystical island of his own creation. His Lost Boys serve as his troops and have been his only company for the last millennium. Until his shadow brought a girl to Neverland, by the name of Wendy Darling. But she's not the one this story's about. Why? It's simple. Because she's dead. She broke Peter's heart, so he killed her. Only he and the Lost Boys know what happened the night Wendy disappeared, and Peter means to take the secret to his grave, assuming he ever dies, of course. If the Lost Boys know what's good for them, they will too. None of the other creatures on the island have any idea of what became of the one girl who had ever set foot on Neverland. However, what at first seems to be a siren with a know-it-all attitude threatens to change all that. She knows exactly why Peter's heart is shattered. But what she wants to do with that information is, for the very first time, is absolutely unclear to Peter. That doesn't sit well with the Ruler of Neverland. And whatever doesn't sit well with Peter, he either figures it out or kills it. After spending a month in an orphanage boys start disappearing in the middle of the night. One night Wendy decides to sneak away to find out what's been going on meeting a curly red headed boy named Peter Pan. He offers her to come with him to a place called Neverland. As she and her brothers arrives to Neverland she finds out that a war is brewing between Peter Pan and his rival Captain Hook and that Peter Pan has a secret that he doesn't want anyone to know...especially Wendy Peter Pan had always only taken boys who most desperately wanted away from the world they hated. And one night as he's talking with one of the boys a girl with her golden hair barge in and thought she was the most beautiful girl he'd ever seen. The next night he came back to watch her a little bit hoping that she would be the "mother" of the boys who were on Neverland. He offers her a chance of a lifetime to come with him but, she says only if my brothers can come long. And as they get to Neverland the battle that was brewing with his rival became stronger and put the girl named Wendy (who he started to like) in more danger then he thought. COMPLETED ♡ Wendy is on the run from Pan. She had finally escaped Pan after many of being locked In the bamboo cage, but he will stop at nothing to bring her back. She lives through the decades and doesn't grow old. But the police want to arrest Pan for kidnapping and murder, so they arrest Wendy to get information. She is in one location too long, and she had been located by Lost boys. "I'm coming for you my Wendy-Bird" But as she is caught, she is defiant at first but he erased any memory of him murdering anybody, so she learns to forgive him. He's more compassionate then he was before she had escaped and she's sleep in his treehouse with him side by side. Surprised by his compassion (well more like his less harsh to her) She absorbs the moment, she's for once happy after a very long time. So she doesn't run, she doesn't fight back (unless it's playfully), she cooperates. They learn to lean on each other in a time of need. Wendy doesn't want to leave him, as he hid the only one who searched for her and cared enough to stay. But soon she realizes how easily a person can be replaced. That there are secret intentions behind every speech and remark. Is it true love? Even so, there's is a means to an end. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ It is mature due to a little violence. It gets better as the book progresses I don't own any OUAT characters. This story will be a romance/adventure fanfiction between Pan and Wendy but it will also involve Killian as Wendys somewhat adopted dad. But rumplestiltskin also had a cruel plan against his father. He took his wife and now she was trapped in the curse. She forgot every last memory of the man she loved until.. the curse broke. She remembered him but she never left Storybrooke, fear always boiled inside her when she thought one day..he might come back. This is the story of Peter Pan's Wife, Alexis Pan. She mostly goes by Alex though, (If you listened to majority of Melanie Martinez's songs.
