Miami, Quantico and d.c team up

what if hotchner and his team comes to Miami to help out, Aaron and Spencer were excited to see Horatio again but really want to help Ryan with his memory because of a really bad car crash that took his memories of them meeting, the beginning of a relationship and all were taken away and he is in d.c now, but what if d.c. needs their help and requests them to come to them, will they see Ryan again, will he remember them after a year or so.
