Mackenzie and Luke had been best friends since the first day of primary school. Now seven years later things start to change as Mackenzie starts to drift away from Luke. When he tells her that his dad was offered a promotion in his architecture firm but they had to move from Melbourne to Sydney Mackenzie does something that changes their friendship for the worse. Not a day in the next four years goes by that Mackenzie doesn't regret what she did. Soon after her mothers death Mackenzie and her brother are uprooted from their home in Melbourne and moved to Sydney to live with their cousins. Within her first week in Sydney she comes across Luke who she hasn't had any contact with in the last four years. She sees this as her opportunity to rebuild their friendship but is he as willing to forgive and forget as she is?
