Lesson from a Brokenhearted

Have you ever had your heart broken by someone special?

It hurts, doesn't it? Well, of course it does.

It was love as first sight as they call it.

I was captivated by her every feature. Her hair, her eyes, her lips— everything.

The day she told me that she loved me, I was jumping for joy.

But little did I know, I would just end up alone, dejected, broken hearted.

"I want to spend my eternity with you."

Those words, that once slipped out of my mouth were the biggest mistakes of my life.

I should've known that she never loved me, or anyone. Ever.
