It's been two years since Charlie had 'died' in the car accident and since the defeat of Tony, when Babe and his team were summoned to a room. They were told they were to watch Charlie's past and his future where he did survive the accident but lost his memories of his past.
In which
Charlie moved to America to a small town called Sunnydale after they ran away from Tony, while Jeff moved in with his step-father in Beacon Hills. There, Charlie finds out that he is a rare male Slayer that is only called every five centuries.
