Caroline Josephs is a girl with epilepsy that has wanted nothing more than to be a normal teenager. When her single father finally allows her to attend school at Western Gulf High, she starts to question if she is getting more than what she bargained for. She experiences passionate romances, life-long friendships, and deadly situations. She never quite experiences the simplicity of being ordinary.
