Amelie Meyer wants more than to sit in the comfort of the walls in luxury. Against her father's wishes, she runs away, during an unwanted arranged engagement party, to join the military to do her part in helping with the fight against the Titans. Determined to join the Survey Corps, Amelie works hard to earn her place, making friends and falling in love on the way. One girl, in particular, catches her eye: Chitori Yaku, a girl who stands seven feet high and has unnatural abilities compared to any human with one main goal in mind... to kill the Armored Titan with her own hands.

10 parts Complete Mature

When you signed up to be a part of the Survey Corps, you sought an adventure of the world beyond the walls. You always had an honest relationship with your comrades; you all were with the scouts because everyone shared the exact curiosity of what laid in the vast green fields around your cattle-like walls that fenced you in. Of course, venturing anywhere outside Wall Maira meant you were also throwing the security it gave you. Beyond the concrete - you were weak and human, fragile, and were at the mercy of the Titans. After a few costly adventures, you learned not to get too close to those around you. Of course, bonding with your squadmates was a crucial part of your survival, but making friends was dangerous - for the mental effect after losing them was atrocious. However, when your squad gets a few new additions to the team, you realize that might be easier said than done, as you take a particular liking to a red-headed girl...
