Recently I posted an article about meditation which was the ultimate game changer for my life. After a while I realized something was missing. In fact it was the most important element.

What is the best way to meditate?
I'm not going to deny but there's tons of articles, materials, videos, podcast out there describing various methods to meditate. That's great but do you know what?

It can be pretty confusing for beginners. For somebody who's trying to understand meditation the Internet can really be an overwhelming place because everybody has a say!
