Dante is a demon who feels out of place in Hell. His father Lucifer is hard on him, and he spends every second he can on Earth. He wants something different, and Ariel is different. Although demons can't love, what he feels for Ariel seems a lot like love. In this angel/demon romance, God is a woman and all the characters in Heaven and Hell love whoever they want. Some characters and settings were inspired by real demons or angels, or by mythology.
