Blood Is Thicker Than Water

Imara is able to control water and none of her living family know but other thain that she is she literal embodiment of a stereotypical 16 year old.
So when three strangers turn up in her house kill her mother and try to kidnap her its a shock especially when they know about her abilities and even have their own.

AN: I don't actually know how to make this sound exciting so basically two people show up Save the Day and whisk her away to some Academy which is when the proper story starts:)
