Hunting for cryptids isn't glamorous, and more often than not you have nothing to show for it besides a grainy photograph and some shaky video on a phone camera, but that hasn't stopped Jenna Marcelle from scouring the US for these elusive creatures. When an opportunity to track down the elusive batsquatch of the Pacific Northwest presents itself, Jenna joins a little band of monster hunters heading to the dying town of New Promise to find proof of the giant bat creature.

But New Promise was built on old soil, and something waits in the dark to be rediscovered - something that was better left undisturbed...
