COMPLETED, next poetry collection coming soon This is a poetry collection that is both ever updating and ever changing. This collection of poetry isn't exactly traditional or ever a solid complete piece of prose, I am ever adding and changing and morphing them into something I feel is better or is more to what I feel suits the character or the emotion I wrote the poem to embody. That being said, this collection has some works alike the past one that I made a few years back that doesn't quite hold up to standard today. I have poems that I have remade and moved into this collection, so If you have come from the previous collection know that if you recognise the theme it's because of that. I created this intended as both a challenge to write some feelings into something productive as-well as to write some inspired works made for a character I made as I wrote the poem or for a event or piece of media I enjoyed. Nothing is ever solid or at least their perspective will change as I write the poem or rewrite it. Walking into college is much easier when your past isn't kissing you goodbye. All your life has come up to this. Elementary prepares you for middle school. Middle school teaches you something close to the misery of high school. High school is the last acceptable happiness you will ever have. High school was the preview of college. If you eat all your popcorn in the preview, being in the movies won't reach up to the standards. If your popcorn fell, you're done. If you didn't buy the popcorn, you'll be stealing it from your friend. After all, this is FIU. Most of the people here left their lives back wherever their home was. She sat looking at the big mirror blushing and thinking about her groom, she didn't even know his name. She eagerly waited for him to come and take her with him to his home, to their home. She was thinking what he would say, what his voice sounded like, what he would call her and how would she react to his actions. The things which she had never imagined in her life about marriage, home, romance, relationship etc., she was thinking about it all today. She hears the door open and she closes her eyes, her head bowed down, cheeks blushed while her chest heaved up and down due to heavy breathing. She hears a voice talking to her from a bit far. She had her back to him. "Hi, Thanks a lot. If you hadn't come, then I would have been on the streets. You really did a good job. The director was impressed with your improvisation though the role was small." She was confused, what is her groom speaking about. She opens her eyes and turns around to see him. Her face falls, it was not her husband. He hands an envelope to her and thanks her before he leaves. She takes the envelope still confused. She thinks - Oh! This must be a wedding gift from his friend. But what was he speaking about, I couldn't understand anything ... Marriage was not on her list but when it happened, it happened in a strange way.
