The White Wave - Coriolanus Snow

The 12th Annual Hunger Games are underway, but this year, everything is different. After the disaster of the 10th Games, the Capitol has introduced a series of changes, including a brand-new mentoring system designed to make the Games more compelling.

At the University, Coriolanus Snow is studying game making under the watchful eye of the infamous Dr. Gaul, already learning how power, fear, and spectacle can shape the Games.

Meanwhile, eighteen-year-old Guinevere watches her name get called from the reaping bowl. The very year she was supposed to be free from the threat of the Games forever. Devastated and forced to compete alongside her ex-boyfriend, she enters the Capitol, lost and devastated, searching for answers, guidance, and perhaps a way to survive.

Until she meets Coriolanus Snow.

What begins as a desperate search for guidance quickly becomes something far more complicated. As Guinevere finds herself drawn to the charming University student, she must decide how much she is willing to trust him, and whether her feelings could ultimately become her greatest weakness in a game where survival comes at any cost.
