Bonanza: "The Legacy of Joe Cartwright."

This is part of my Forever series, an original story I wrote where Joe's wife, Alice is pregnant with their second child. As her due date draws near, Joe is asked by Ben to go along with him on a trip to Placerville to sell some cattle to a hard-nosed businessman. But midway into their trip, Alice starts to experience intense pains that might actually be the beginning signs of labor.
