Logan thinks it's a good idea to break into the Chamber of Secrets. The basilisk is gone, anyway, and Voldemort died ages ago. So Logan, Peach, Gemi, and Izzy venture to Moaning Myrtle's bathroom and enter it (using a bit of Izzy's Parseltongue), only to find what no one expected. Salazar Slytherin, the ghost, had been hiding in the chamber all along, with plans for a Wizarding War worse than all before.

This is the second book in a series, and I definitely recommend that you check out the first one first (The Next Generation: The Mysterious Past of Izabella Diggory). This book might not make sense without it.
