Brayden has been a lot of things: salutatorian, undergrad, party boy, boyfriend, ex, and so on. There's one thing, though, that he's always wanted to be that seems out of reach: the golden boy. The one the whole family recognizes as the heir of the grocery store and worthy of taking over the chain.

Of course, that was before he met her. That girl that never seemed truly happy. He suddenly finds himself less interested in the title of Golden Boy and longing for the title of hers.
