Candy Flip

Lucy Ferrera is anxious to experience life independent of her family as she prepares to embark on a summer trip to the sunny town of Bakefield, Utah where she will spend three months understanding the challenges that adult life has to offer. Working in her Aunt's candy shop she meets Emilia Montgomery, an edgy girl with a daring nature and a good looking friend. Lucy is tested with drugs, sex and criminal activity and the pressures that come with wrong crowds which ultimately leads to the maturation of her character.
