Masaru becomes a wanderer after the events of Kamen Rider ZO. Life was relatively peaceful until the grotesque remnants of the now-dead Doras's biomatter, known as Neo Organisms, begin to emerge in a seaside town.
He crosses paths with a cheery but lonely deliverywoman in that town named Nanami after she takes him in during a harsh storm. What he doesn't realise however, is that his presence in Nanami's life is going to change hers forever.
Can Masaru defeat these Neo Organisms? And can how will Nanami navigate the changes that will follow her forever?
