Stain throws a knife to the ground beside All Might's feet, pinning information with the rough blade. Just as the villain turns to leave, Toshinori lets out a small cough as he feels something crawling up his throat. Now he can't breathe- he's not just coughing up blood. Yagi feels someone tackle him.

Moments after meeting up with Stain at the end of Season 6, All Might finds himself coughing up the goop that All For One used to teleport people. Stain notices and can't help himself when he grabs onto his hero.
