Being still very sceptical about his methods for achieving his goals, he decides to follow him, seeing what he has planned. So while doing that, a sudden scream is noticed to be coming from a cliff. Arriving at its location, Amethio suddenly sees, much to his shock, an injured Liko laying badly wounded near indeed a cliff, with an evil and somewhat insane grinning Spinel slowly approaching her, to probably snatching her pendant or possibly worse, hurting her even more... Realizing what is about to happen, Amethio instantly jumps in front of the beated down Pokémon Trainer, confronting Spinel and protecting Liko, even if it means, he is going to get hurt next...

It wasn't easy, but Yveltal saw how truly hurt and broken Angel was and felt the same for being so misunderstood and unloved. He allowed her to capture him and they've had the strongest bond ever since and did everything he could to love and protect her. Now being 17, she still manages to live the life she can with her Pokémon and guardians, training, battling and well, surviving...but what happens when a couple of humans cross her path? What happens next on her new journey?
