One-hundred years ago, giant humaniod creatures known as Titans suddenly appeared and drove humanity to the brink of extinction. Survivors of the Titans' onslaught banded together and erected three great walls, where they have withdrawn behind and have lived in constant fear of the Titans for the past century. However, in the year 845, Titans breached Wall Maria, the outermost wall, and drove its residents to the second outermost wall, Wall Rose.
    
    Y/N L/N had always wanted to join the Scout Regiment, defending humanity from the Titans and reclaiming the outside world from them, just like his uncle, and with the Fall of Wall Maria, his decision has never been clearer. Joining the Scouts upon his graduation from the 101st Cadet Corps, his prospects of becoming an elite member of the Scouts and rising through its ranks seemed promising... until one day, he finds himself lost and transported to another world while being chased by a Titan during his second expedition.
    
    Alone in a world with no Titans, where magic exists, and technology is far more advanced than those in the Walls, Y/N struggles to assimilate into his new life and longs to return to his world. However, when he meets and falls for an aspiring singer, he soon finds himself torn between returning to his world or staying behind and starting a new life; one devoid of Titans.
