Embarking on a second career at the age of 32, Percy Richler is well aware that love between a therapist and client is not only forbidden but unethical, even as a clinical intern.
But there is something endearing about 24 year old Judah ("Jude") Prak that makes him irresistible. Jude comes to the community health clinic, seeking a cure for his strange affliction, unsure if what he experiences is real or a deeply disturbing delusion. He is assigned to clinical social work intern Percy and within fifteen minutes he is convinced Percy is the one who can help him.
In the end, Percy discovers Jude is the one who saves him from himself.
