A few years after the war with Gaea, the demigods face another series of problems. A new wave of maleficence headed by someone only known as the "Mad Usurper" is coming for the gods and demigods. In addition to that, their personal problems are also in the way. Will the heroes be able to resolve their problems and stop the Mad Usurper? How will the succeeding events affect Olympus and their fellow demigods? All persons, monsters, gods or demigods living or dead in this fanfic is purely fictitious...or are they? This book is absolute trash. Don't read this please... Seriously stop. The final battle was finally won Between gods and the Earth But victory will have to pay the price The secret will be held no longer The world will appear How both sides cope? I do not know Only the story can tell Long ago A spirit banished Torn in four Joined together They ventured into many worlds Trying to find their home Only to see it gone They found a new one Here in this story... BTW, the author of the percy jackson series owns the characters except for the one that I make. I only own the plot. I'm too lazy to add anything more about over complicated copyrights and stuff. This was officially the most uncomfortable day of Percy's life. ----- "Percy, I don't know what happened to you when you were young, but denying that it ever happened isn't the answer." "How many of them know about any of this?" he asked. The demigod shifted uncomfortably. "None." "Exactly." "Really?" Will asked. "Not even Annabeth?" Percy shrugged. "Look, those bruises don't come from nowhere," Apollo said. "Whatever happened to you had to have been serious." "It was. It was messed up," Will interrupted, laughing darkly. Percy shot him a glare. They were supposed to be playing this down, not making it worse. ------ "What," Percy scoffed, "and I'm just supposed to trust you?" ++You don't have a choice. A magic talking book with all your secrets written out like a YA novel appears and starts ordering you around, and you're not going to listen to it?++ To that, he didn't have an answer. ++Kid, I am your god++ Percy deadpanned. "You're a book," he corrected. Annabeth gave him a look. "Don't patronize them," she whispered. ------ I took the reading the books trope and gave it a little fine wine with its dinner.
