In a town where people earn their powers by the help of scientists experiments. One day an incident happened where Chain's (Mc's codename) little sister was abducted by the scientist for an experiment then died afterwards made chain's life turned upside down.
Until one day The assault took him and told him about the darkness of the scientist's experiments.
Chain's want justice and vengeance for his little sister and wanted to end the researchers madness for experiments.
