The Mandevilles hate Muggle Borns. Their pure blood ancestry is famous and they refuse to associate with film and scum like Muggle Borns. But Sofia is different. She goes to Hogwarts and doesn't follow in the footsteps of the many Slytherin relatives. Also, her best friend is Lily Evans, a muggle born. 

Even if her parents don't approve, Sofia loves her friends and when she catches the eye of fellow pure blood, she decides to keep with her decision to rebel against her family. However, will everything Sofia does ensure she keeps the eye of the boy she's got her eye on and carry on being safe?

Remus was sure he'd have to say goodbye to his friends this year, but oddly it seems they have forgotten about his secret entirely. Or, more likely, they are hatching some sort of plan to uncover it. Between classes, Quidditch, tasks, and moons, Remus doesn't know how he's going to make it through this school year without slipping up, but he sure is gonna try. Lily's tired of the growing grudge that's taken over Hogwarts. She's tired of the Gryffindor-Slytherin rivalry, of the Marauders and their stupid pranks, of the blood prejudice and even of her best friend, Severus. James is tired too. He's grown sick of this game of pretend, where everyone acts as if everything's fine when it's really not. His friend group is drifting apart, his grades are plummeting and now there are all these expectations! Something needs to change this year. Whether that's for the better or the worse is yet to be determined.

She was tired, she was so bloody tired of it all. From the constant nagging and picking and pulling to the waking up at 6 am everyday to do that stupid crap. She didn't think it was stupid really, she just didn't like having to do it. She didn't really like having to do schoolwork either, but she found herself to be fond of the teachers and the curriculums. Most of all though, she didn't mind being at school all too much because it kept her away from the house. She found James to be nice, and Sirius to be troublesome, Peter was quite thoughtful, but Remus, he was kind to her. She had found that Remus was her favorite of them all, he was really very kind to her. What she had really come to see though, was the fact that he had scars too, and that meant they matched. Mature content. There are certain parts of this story that I will put a trigger warning before but you should keep cautioun when reading because I mention a lot of triggering things and topics in this book including self harm, abuse, mental illnesses etc. Also, the first year is really shitty writing and like the first part of fourth but I swear it gets so much better. I just haven't gotten around to editing the bad bits yet :( Credit to J.K. Rowling for the characters and parts of the plot and obviously Hogwarts fandom and Everything Harry Potter related.
