Sometimes careful isn't careful enough, that's a lesson that Kyle Broflovski has to learn the hard way. Sometimes, one single slip up can topple even the strongest buildings. Being a trans boy in a small town, Kyle never felt that at home in his own body, not when he was a young girl in dresses, not when he started going through the wrong puberty, and certainly not now that he's somehow gone and gotten himself pregnant.
