[ REWRITTEN VERSION ] - original is still up and published. ____________________________ In 261 AC, Westeros shook with a thunderous roar as the moon turned blood red; the stars fell from the sky; and Princess Rhaella Targaryen brought forth her daughter. Accounts do differ, but if minstrels and mummers are to be believed, it is said the dead dragons of Old Valyria roared as one that great and dark night, and the gods, Old and New alike, held their breath as the coin was tossed... That night princess Naerys of house Targaryen came into the world. _____________ I do not own A Game of Thrones (if I did, a lot would be different) and all characters (except my own) belong to the wonderful George R R Martin, the real life Mad King for creating such a massive fantasy world, David Benioff and D B Weiss and HBO.

The heart of a Targaryen was said to be one dipped in fire and blood. They ruled the skies with their dragons, danced through the flames of death and controlled the direction of the wind. All from an Iron throne. Rhaella Targaryen was the youngest daughter of King Viserys and Queen consort Alicent Hightower. She was cunning and calculating, knowing how to slither her way out of the situations she often found herself in. Visions and prophecies were both a curse and a blessing for the princess, and when the dragons began to dance she used them as motive for every action and sin she committed.
