Five Star Reviews for Atlantis Academy: "Omg this book was amazing I couldn't put it down or stop reading. I carried it with me open on my phone while I did everything just to keep reading. I need more of all of this. Epic story, epic content, epic visuals, just epic. LOVE THIS!" "Once I got into this story, I did not stop reading it. This is a beautiful story about a very awkward girl who is riven with so much pain and angst and yet... this makes her who she is and shapes her into the person she will become. The world she finds herself awakened to is magical and yet filled with the all-too-familiar cliques and tribes of the very human people who inhabit it. One word to describe the story: beautiful!" "The story pulls you headlong to the end and leaves you wanting to shout "No! Not yet!" ...If there were 6 stars, I would have given it that." *** Humanity is one secret society away from extinction. The children of Atlantis use magic to keep us safe. If they make it through the Academy. Hi, I'm Lyric. And I'm kind of a mess. ADHD, that's me. I'm a high school drop-out, late everywhere I go, and one screw-up away from being homeless. I'm a loner, and I like it that way. Who needs friends when you have a Redwood forest nearby? Trees never bully me like the kids did at school. Or get drunk and throw things at my head. After my mom died, I figured life couldn't get much worse. I thought it might even get better. Ha. The universe has a great sense of humor. I should've listened to the rumors about evil spirits. About the angry, ancient magical creatures haunting our small Oregon Coast town. But did I? No. That was my first mistake. And it might be my last. 'Cause now I'm in a battle for my life. A whole new world has opened up... a magical world I don't understand. And the blood in my veins says I belong here. But I have to prove myself to save myself. And when have I ever done that?
KotLC: Eclipse (KotLC X Magnus Chase) by ManicMohawk
32 parts Ongoing
An idea that I had when I noticed that there aren't many crossovers between kotlc and Magnus Chase. The first few chapters may be similar to the first Magnus Chase book, but it will go on a different path to them. ---------------------------------- Sophie Foster thought that death was the end. Instead, it was just the beginning. She awakens in a realm beyond life and finds that she is caught in the currents of a fate far bigger than she ever imagined. With old friends and new companions, Sophie must navigate an ancient prophecy, unravel long-lost secrets, and battle forces that could unmake the world forever. The balance of the universe is shifting. As shadows grow and destinies collide, she must decide how far she's willing to go to save the worlds she loves- before it's too late. --------------------------------- This fanfiction requires knowledge of both Magnus Chase books 1-3 and KotLC books 1 - 9.5 with some details altered/removed. This is set during Stellarlune, but the whole last part with Elysian is completely gone. The Neverseen has also been(almost fully ;) ) captured. Unravelled has happened in this timeline. Don't worry, people who came here for the butterfly tag. A butterfly will play a very large role in the book 30th September 2024- cover change 16th November 2024- Cover change (AI image) 22nd November 2024- title + minor cover update 11th February 2025- description added [SPOILER ALERT] Pretend that Keefe didn't wake up with his powers , but managed to stop the Neverseen from finding it but don't use Elysian. (My idea is complicated, and I may not even end up using any of it) I own none of the characters as they are owned by Rick Riordan and Shannon Messenger unless I state that I created them. Started - 25th Sept 2024 Finished - TBD

Atlantis was the first city to sink. Hundreds of cities followed, and millions of people drowned, swallowed by an unforgiving ocean. It seemed as if half the world was underwater. Among the few survivors was Ayesha Akhdir. In a post-apocalyptic world, Ayesha must navigate visions and voices, discovering abilities she can't explain. Ayesha soon meets others who have survived, each with their own unique abilities. She doesn't know why she's survived or what her purpose is. She doesn't have long to find out. "Just as the wave prepared to crash down and engulf the land, swallowing everyone on it, blinding pain erupted in my head, sending me staggering away from the window. Before everything fell black I heard a familiar voice roar in my mind. 'THE BEGINNING IS NIGH!'" The Beginning of what? WHAT READERS ARE SAYING "I love the Description and imagery..." "...Readers will definitely want to tag along for the journey." "Exquisitely painful. Great writing." "I am in absolute awe of your imagination! It knows no bounds." "I am left feeling quite breathless by the way you paint your scenes. It must be a quite incredible place inside your mind!!" *Grammar Queen: the Story Crafters Awards 1st: The Invisible Awards 1st: The Recognition Awards 1st: the World of Champions Awards 1st: the Winter Rose Awards 2018 1st: the Astral Society Awards 2019 1st: the Winter Dusk Awards 1st: the Biannual Beginners Writers Awards 1st: Blue Orchid Awards 2nd: the Geranium Awards 2nd: The Greatest Awards 2nd: the Story Crafters Awards 2nd: the Winter Circle Awards 2nd: Rose Awards* Cover by the fantastic @niranju98 *This is a work of fanfiction based on Kresley Cole's 'The Arcana Chronicles'. It is written so that you don't need to have read the series to understand it so don't be deterred. Actually, those who have not read the series will likely get more out of my story. Some of the lines are the same for reasons that do mesh with the canon text.*
