Anastasia Ivanovich Kuznetsov, Donna of the Russian mafia, Sinister, the Devil, Hell's Messenger, she goes by many names.  Anastasia killed her father after being abused all her life.  Thanks to this abuse though, she's incredibly persistent and doesn't take shit from anyone.  She was raised to lead the mafia eventually, and she took over after mutilating Ivan Kuznetsov's body and burning it.

Lorenzo Rossi Accardi, Don of the Italian mafia.  He's ruthless and doesn't hesitate to kill anyone, anyone that proves disloyal or isn't useful.  He loves his family and would do anything for them, after over half of them were murdered by Ivan Kuznetsov he vowed to kill him slowly.  When word gets out that Kuznetsov was killed in a car crash, he settled for the next best thing.  Killing his son.  Little does he know that Kuznetsov didn't have a son, but a daughter.  A killing machine.
