I collided with something hard and looked up to see who I had bumped into. This is what I get for texting and walking at the same time.
"I'm terribly sorry, I was texting and walking at the same time and I-"
"No, it was my fault. Sorry about that. Is there-"
My breath hitched when I saw who I'd run into.
     "Andrew?"
"Eve?"

Andrew Kapaun and I had known each other since kindergarten. We spent every single moment together. Until that one year. My dad was in the Air Force. In February, we moved to Virgina. We moved across the country. Andrew promised to text. And at first, he did. And then, the messages stopped coming. I didn't hear from him again. Until I went back to Spokane, WA for my senior year of High School.
One girl. One boy. 10 years. This is our story.
