SOOO we obviously didn't make the deadline lol. This story is unfinished and will remain that way. This is the best example of a rushed concept with no actual plot lol. I wrote blind and hated most of what I had written. I've redesigned this concept and I'm rewriting it with a stronger concept and a laid-out plot. I will release the rewrite when it's done. a cold summer
It has been a stressful year for Rain who has struggled to keep up with the workload during her first year of marine biology at University. Now that summer has finally arrived, she can look forward to a long anticipated break and spend time with her friends enjoying one of their favourite pastimes - swimming in the Loch! Summer solstice arrives and they all decide to go swimming in the Loch to celebrate decent weather for once! Rain jumps in first, revelling in the warm but surprisingly cool water. As she surfaces, the summer weather has disappeared and she discovers her friends' lifeless bodies floating next to her. But how could this happen to strong swimmers in a shallow loch with no currents? The investigation commences and it's clear the police are struggling to find answers. Radically they suggest calling in special advisors to assist the investigation - the Paranormal Investigation Team (PIT). Will they fare better than the local police force? This isn't the first unexplained death to occur in this spot, after all this is the same loch where three children were discovered floating dead in the Loch during a game of hide and seek at a birthday party. Rain knows that supernatural forces don't exist. But no living person could have done this. Now she must work with PIT to unravel the truth behind a convoluted mystery of lies, murders and haunting stories to find out what really happened to her friends.Complete

The New World has been the last peaceful and resourceful country for nearly two hundred years. Or at least that's what they say.
