Zoe wasn't your typical sixteen year old. Unless you consider being a part of an elite group who works against the communistic government typical. Or the fact of being that particular group consisted of only orphans due to the uprising in 2017. There are many things about Zoe and her fellow Elutherians that may not be considered typical. But that may be what makes them so determined to be the idea of insurgence in a country full of oppressive dictators.
But there has already been a rebellion several years ago. A rebellion that caused so many children to become orphans. Can Zoe help lead the Elutherians to the victory and freedom they seek? Or will they fall victim to the oppression like their predecessors?
