Mature
5 years after adopting 5-year-old Kamaya, Stef and Lena remained together as a couple. Lena is now an important woman in society due to her job at the State Assembly in Sacramento, while Stef is a social worker, running and women and children shelter in San Diego.
However, 25 years of marriage doesn't mean no more problem in the women' couple. Living most of the time separate due to Lena's job, Stef doesn't know how to tell her that something is going terribly wrong in their marriage.
Will their love make it? Are they strong enough to survive the obstacles life will throw in their path?

*This book is the sequel to my other books "Before You" and "Love Languages". I suggest you read them before this one.
*Between "Love Languages" and this present book, everything happened exactly how it happened in the rest of the show The Fosters, and in Good Trouble until season 5 part A.

AUTOR NOTE: I'll be updating this story every day. Enjoy :)
TRIGGER WARNING: mention of sex, cheating, miscarriage
DISCLAIMER: I do not own "The Fosters" and "Good Trouble", Stef and Lena's characters or anything else mentioned in both shows.

Stef returns home to Tennessee for Christmas after 15 years bringing her daughter Frankie (8). When she bumps into her childhood friend and crush, Lena Adams, will she come to terms with her past feelings and will she be able to heal old family wounds? NOTE: I do not own the Fosters. However, I do own this story along with all the original characters I've created and storylines. Please do not copy or you will be reported. Thank you.
