For his entire life, Francis Valentine has been an outcast. Not by choice, but he's always found himself being picked last, never talked to, and over all just never the center of attention. No matter how much his inner feelings might want to think, Francis' mind will never think he will be deserving of any sort of affection. 

That's why when he meets Monmouth Central's most popular girl, Karina Harpentime, he can't make heads or tails as to why she takes such a liking into a guy like him, especially considering their polar opposite popularities and the fact that she's already taken by the schools most popular boy, Cohen Cintral. What Francis doesn't know though, is that Karina also has a hard time trying to find reason why anyone has any right to like her as a person.

Since the school's community would frown upon a relationship such as theirs, especially that of her boyfriend, Karina and Francis try to work and figure out their secretive relationships. Will their secret and contrasting relationship bloom into something more, which could help them understand the others insecurities, or will they both put up walls within their hearts and envelop their true feelings?
