A clever, enthusiastic, loud and extroverted sixteen-year-old, Akio, meets the silent, smart, unhappy and introverted sixteen-year-old, Akira.

Sachiel Akio Hayashi was came from a divorced family. He was then chosen between living with his father or with his mother. Since his heart would always long for his mother, he chose to live with her in the Philippines for good, and then his brother chose to live with his father in Japan.

It was hard living without a father on his side, as there were lots of conflicts between their parents giving time to him and to his brother. There in the exact moment, he realized that it was not the life he wanted, not the life he imagined. Thus he thought in the future, when he got at the right age and at the right time of marrying a woman of his dreams, he would never be like his parents-who got divorced and had to separate for their own good.

He met Seizetien Akira Dela Luna when he was sixteen in the classroom, where he chose to sit beside her. The girl was shy and introverted, the opposite of him. But he found a great time being with her as his best friend. As they got closer to each other, he fell in love and promised to that girl to marry her in the future, which he did after they graduated college in a well-known University.

However, dreams and love are unlikely to be different to each other. They got the life that they deserve, but the love they deserve was harder to get and tough to remain stable. What could love get when it wasn't enough to fix their marriage? Would they still be in love like they were when they were sixteen? Or just like his parents, they would end up quitting and separating for good?
