And ever since they met the Turtles, there has been one trouble after another. After they find themselves in a situation they don't know how to get out of, and realizing they may have feelings for someone they know, Y/n has to do something to prove that they can be capable. Life in the Big Apple is hard, am I right?

Aja was a normal human, working part time in an aquarium with the axolotls, a newer exhibit. One night she was walking home from work when she runs into the turtles, fighting the Kraang. Look, I know that ROTTMNT came out, but I grew up watching the 2012 version, so I'm going to do a story on a key part of my childhood. Accidentally, she spots the 4 turtles and Splinter. They would hang out once in a while but then they stopped. years later when the turtles were 15 and along with April and Y/n. She saw the turtles in the subway, but didn't know it was them. She followed April onto the rooftop and saw them again, reuniting with the people she once hung out with. -- At first, they are all 15, then in the second movie we will time skip them to 17 and 19. :) Started January 26 2025

!STORY IS UNFINISHED AND WILL NO LONGER BE UPDATED! You and your friends go to an anime / comic / sci-fi convention, you meet the turtles, depression ensues. Kind of a vent fic, and pretty angsty. This will touch on some sensitive topics, there'll be trigger warnings at the beginning of each chapter. The main character will be a man and pronouns used will be he/him, also trans friendly with no direct descriptions of the mc's body. All of the turtles will be love interests and I'll try to write separate endings for all of them + some additional endings. April O'Neil: So, you wrote a book... Me: A long-ass book. April: A long-ass book! How did it come about? Me: Well, actually, I was just looking for a xreader story with an adult Donnie, where the female character is strong and independent, doesn't need to be rescued all the time, and isn't a giggling schoolgirl. April: And you didn't find anything? Me: Don't get me wrong, April! There are so incredibly great fanfics and xreader stories out there, and I ate them all up! But I needed a new kick and I wanted something epic, dramatic that involved the mystical powers of the turtles and their further developments. April: And then you started writing yourself? Me: The story came about on its own. In my head. And at some point I just had to write it down, otherwise I would have exploded. With the writing, it didn't become a typical xreader story with the "y/n" in it, because that had irritated me. I know that the "y/n" comes out of an inclusive thought, and I think that's good and right. Unfortunately it blocked me, the heroine in my story was too complex and too concrete, and so I gave it up, even if it was no longer a real xreader story. April: And now you're writing a second book? Me: Exactly. The sequel. I'm on it. April: Do you want to give us a little teaser? Me: Well, there's still Leo and his complicated relationship with my heroine.
