Since meeting her now fiancée, Ruby, Alexis has made it her mission to do whatever it takes to make her fiancée's dream come true. No matter what it was, once Alexis made a promise, she would keep her word, no matter how painful, how hard, or how long it took, she would make it happen.

Ruby's dream was to be a star and have multiple albums as well as concerts. She'd been dreaming about it since she was a kid. However, it was more challenging than she thought. Of course, Ruby possessed the talent and drive. It just wasn't enough. While she did get some offers from various record labels, they weren't giving her what she truly deserved.

Seeing how her fiancée was struggling so much, Alexis decided to take matters into her own hands. She would make Ruby's dream a reality and give her all she deserved as a talented artist. Alexis poured her all into the start-up record label. At the time Alexis worked full time as a manager at a financial firm, and for the first year or so, Alexis maintained her day job and spent the rest of her time building the record label. All while Ruby quite her job and moved in with her. Alexis always dreamed of having her own business, so starting this record label wasn't just about Ruby, but she was the push to start.

While things start off well, patience is always a factor in many of life's endeavors. As much as everyone talks about it, not everyone is patience, and not everyone will be grateful. Not everyone will stick around by your side no matter how much you do for them. No matter how much love them. One thing is for sure, there is always someone by your side. You may not always see them, but once you do, hold onto them and don't take them for granted. How can you tell who that person is? Usually, the person who helps you see a way out of a nightmare. Helps you up when you're down and is there for you regardless of themselves.
