What if our favourite four heroes in a half shell had a sister? One who is a constant source of positive motivation, who is always taking the extra risk, who has a sweet yet fiery tomboyish spirit? What if she had met the Kraang first instead of Mikey? Follow Hamato Samurai as she and her brothers face the Kraang and the threat of Shredder in this OC Inserted version of TMNT 2012.
***I know there are several TMNT little sister fanfictions, but I've had this OC for several years and thought I'd share my own interpretation of how it would be.
TMNT is property of Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird; the only characters I own are Samurai and her future love interest. I hope you enjoy the story, because this is my first time sharing.
WARNING: The ending will be a bit different from the original plot and there are several episodes in the series that I don't like, so I will work my way around them somehow. Sorry to those who like those episodes. Thank you.

So, I'm making a tmnt story based on the 2012 series and im starting off from season 1-5 and I will put my virsion in the show. So basically a young girl named Myrina is the youngest daughter of Hamoto Yoshi and a woman named Claire Sara Sakura who knew Yoshi since they were humans in Japan and had a daughter named Myrina. Myra (short for Myrina) was experimented on the kranng until she escaped and found her way into the sewers and she meet her father who she thought had passed away and four mutant turtle brothers and as time passes on they learn to be a happy family. Before you can even process this bizarre reunion, you and your dad are victims of an attempted kidnapping, you being rescued by 4 mutant turtle brothers, who offer to help you find your father. As you get to know them better, you find yourself drawn into their world while trying to understand what's going on with your memories. Little do you know, there's more to your connection with these heroes than meets the eye. Eventual MC x Donatello relationship. A remake of Donatello and April's original relationship dynamic, but slow burned and unrushed, so they can build a true friendship before discovering that either of them have feelings for the other. --------------- I always felt like Donnie crushin' on April in the show was a bit off, especially 'cause she never felt the same way and it felt kind of forced. Chatted with my sis 'bout this ongoing plot in the series, and it hit me - the show could've been way cooler if April and Donatello had a tighter connection, giving 'em both the character development they deserved. Figured I had nothin' to lose, so this's what came outta that chat. Hope you dig it! First time putting words on paper, fingers crossed it ain't too shabby. TMNT2012: From the Perspective of Unlikely Friends
What if Splinter was much stricter on Leonardo then his brothers when it came to training and that's why he's so much more disciplined? What if Leonardo was the only one of the four turtles who actually wanted to go topside? What if Leonardo was the human son of Splinter before they were mutated when he was one? What if Leonardo and Karai were twins? What if Leonardo's relationship with his brothers was rocky at best? What if he's the only one who rescued April that night from the Krang and the only one to form a close friendship with her? What if he was the one to train April in ninjitsu instead of Splinter? What if April discovered her powers way earlier on? What if a spark ignited between the two characters? This is an AU of season one that switches from April's, to Leonardo's perspectives, where all these 'what if's end up happening. I might also do the other seasons, but I'm not sold on the idea yet.
