Integrative Movement Therapy

Integrative Movement Therapy (IMT) is an approach to therapy that incorporates both physical movement and psychological techniques to promote healing and well-being. It recognizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit and seeks to address issues on all of these levels.
