In a neon-lit cyberpunk city, Mono-Topia, Kokichi Oma is known as a brilliant, aspiring inventor who creates cutting-edge technology to survive in the harsh urban landscape,with his cherish friend, Miu Iruma. Shuichi Saihara, a troubled yet intelligent kid, studying to be an inventor. He finds himself cornered and beaten by a ruthless gang out of nowhere, though it may or may not have been his fault they came after him. Though sweet, his situation and problems affect his personality, making him hostile and unapproachable at times, ending in such dangerous situations. He longs for a safe place of peace and calm.

One fateful day, Kokichi just so happened to save Shuichi from the ruthless gang and from that day on, Shuichi couldn't help but link a place of solace to the young man who saved him. This was the beginning of a love story, halted by doubts, problems, traumas and misunderstandings.
