LT Hank Anderson and LT Francesca Morgan have been partners at the DPD, friends and drinking buddies for 12 years. one day they are assigned a prototype android to assist them with all cases involving deviants his name is Connor and he was sent by cyberlife. everyone knows how much hank detests androids, to begin with connor is no different however after Connor spends a lot of time with the luietenants he develops a growing "software instability" through events and conversations and even "emotions" towards frankie.
