A group of adventures from different corners of the world all gather to the kingdom of Drakkenheim 15 years after the mysterious meteor landed in the kingdom. Making thousands of innocents lose their lives and homes. All with different reasons adventures have slowly came back and adventured through the city filled with magical radiation.

His concerns fall on deaf ears until a stranger named Kaz shows up at his door, who not only believes Rhen, but also reveals an even bigger threat looming over Arlow-earthquakes. Despite Rhen's reservations about how Kaz knows this, the two embark on a quest to put a stop to whatever is causing all of this and save Arlow before it becomes nothing but rubble. A RANGER IS BORN
First off, this story was not written by me. I am posting it for a friend of mine, with permission of course. This took place in a Dungeons & Dragons game over 30 years ago. It is a about how one of the player characters got his start; Crentar Bronn. He is a human ranger of 1st level in this story. This is important to note, because it'll bring more perspective as you read the story. I was the DM (Dungeon Master) for this game. At the time, we were still in high school, which of course, gives away our age. lol I decided to have each character do it solo before they actually met up with each other. A teaser so-to-speak. Eventually, there was five player characters in the game. My friend who ran Crentar Bronn remembers this whole solo adventure to this very day in great detail. A few years after the game is when he wrote this story. We were recently reminiscing about 'old times' and he told me that he actually wrote it out as a story. He was then able to find it on an old hard drive & then sent it to me. I was very surprised at how good this is & how great his memory was from that adventure. I'm flattered that he was so inspired by it, that he turned it into a story! I hope you enjoy this early adventure of Crentar Bronn as much as we did. Perhaps, with enough comments & likes, he'll be inspired to write more chapters. THX
