Pretty Cages

Esther is a curious, feisty teenager who grew up in the bunker - an underground community protected from the war supposedly raging above ground. One night, as everyone is gathered around their radio's, listening to updates on the war, the reporter cuts off mid-sentence and says one word: "Liars." The signal dies. Dinner is cancelled. That same night, a mysterious boy from the outside world breaks into the bunker and he knows Esther's name.

Tired of living in her pretty cage filled with lies, she agrees to follow him. Only if he brings her back.

Together, they embark on an adventure, risking their lives for answers. The president is a dictator, the world has gone mad and he wants what's inside the bunker: The means to build a nuclear arsenal. Esther and Marko's bravery is put to the test. Will Esther's questions finally be answered? And what will be the price of these revelations?
