Nakashima Hisui aka Boss Agent R, once a loyal friend to Megumi Azuma and a loving son to his mother, became a leader and a founder of his organization called, A.N.T.R.O (also known as the Anti Netorare Organization), after he saw his heartbreaking moments when she had a sex affair with his rich bully named Kondo Orochi. In that moment on, Hisui planned to get his revenge, by building a foundation left by his father's bloodline to fight back and punish those people who cheated. Hisui also killed Orochi and imprisoned his ex who is also involved, in a special cell, when his organization expanded.
In the present times, Hisui searches for his new cabinet members to continue on the organization's legacy, and stumble upon 20 people who are suitable for this. Some of them come from South Korea, the US and on his country, Japan. Who would be a part of this? Let's find out.
