She stared into the eyes of her killer. He wore a mask, but his eyes were clearly visible to her, blue orbs that sucked her in. She whimpered and watched as he pulled a blade from behind his back. She was tied to the bed and could do nothing. She screamed, but she doubted anyone would hear her, deep down in this basement.

Moonlight glinted off of the sharp tip of the knife. It was clothed in the blackness of her dried blood. The cloaked figure curled his lips as he wiped the knife off using his jacket.
