why me? i never thought i'd pass the test. i have no choice now. i am a sentinel and it's the people like me who have to save our existence.
The Sentinel Project is a story about a Military program developed to save the human race. After Earth becomes unlivable after The Last War, what was left of the human race took to the final frontier. At the outer reaches of the galaxy they come across a sentient lifeform that is completely invulnerable to anything that is not "connected" to something bigger than anything you could even imagine. Only the people drafted into the project stand between them, and certain annihilation.

Alongside the Golik, we had five years of peace and prosperity with them, both races gaining knowledge from the other and building to create a wonderful relationship with the other. After five years of peace and prosperity, then the peace ran out and the invasion began. The Way It Is
I am not from this planet. Hell, I am technically not from this galaxy. However, that doesn't change the fact I am here now, and my job is to save what I can on this forsaken planet and what's left of its inhabitants. The problem is that not everyone wants to be saved. I know what you're thinking. You can't save those who don't want to be saved. I bloody well agree. The ones who sent me don't care what you or I think, though. All they care about is numbers. They need a certain success rate to continue to get funding for their "expeditions" and "peacekeeping" efforts. I use both terms loosely here. However, that's what they put on their records, and it's what sounds good and looks suitable to their investors. So this is the way it's going to be. So be it! I do not own James Cameron's Avatar. This is a rewrite of The Will Of Two Worlds. Trust, I trust in the power that gave me this most noble of Quests. That I have seen, gifted to me by the spirits, shows a future where my people are saved. From death, from destruction. With every fiber in my body I will fight for that future, even if I never see it myself. I will fulfill the Spirit Quest given to me by The Many Faced Spirit. So I will leave behind all I have ever known to step into this new world of wonders, to learn from it's people... Nothing will stop me from finding the answers to save Earth.
