He held me closer, like I was the only source of comfort he has ever had. I then gently traced the scars that trailed down his chest.
"I didn't expect any of this" I said, not breaking my attention from his scars.
He looked puzzled, trying to figure out what I meant. "No matter what happens, we trust nobody but you and I. Understand?" 
I nodded and studied his features carefully, still dazed from everything we've been through.
He then leans in unexpectedly and kisses me like he's never kissed me before. I kiss back and make him know how much I've been craving for him.
