A Moon of Lilies

- He was just a child.
One who was supposed to grow strong and bright,
just like the Sun! The Sun..? no, the moon.

The Sun may be the brightest you can see,
the Sun may be the biggest you will see,
the Sun may be the warmest you will feel,
the Sun will be the only one you see.

'But the moon, what about the Moon?'

The Moon feeds off of the Sun, the moon has no use except to run. Yet, no matter how much the moon runs, it can never outrun the Sun who simply stands tall, bright and warm. The moon stands fatigued, it has long become weak. It has long lost the desire the shine.

'then, it's not weak, it's just tired.'

No one is there to judge who is weak and who isn't. The thing that matters is if they shine the brightest and is the biggest. -

A story about the younger twin, the one born as the clock strikes midnight and flowers changed seasons. The twin deemed as lesser, the twin deemed as useless. The twin who tries so hard yet fails to achieve a slightest bit- .
